Kiln fired in my small studio, sanded and polished to intention, then cast in with a small casting company to ensure every piece is preserved in it's intended form.

the north star worry stone
Worry stones are among the oldest objects made to be held. The ancient Greeks kept smooth river-worn stones close, rubbing them in moments of grief, uncertainty, prayer. The impulse was simple and cross-cultural: something to press against the thumb when the mind needed an anchor.
That impulse has a name now. Repetitive tactile contact activates the nervous system, lowers cortisol, and quiets the part of the mind that circles.
